Smoothies may be the ultimate fast food! They are speedy to make, packed full of nutrients and delicious. For those that often don't feel hungry first thing in the morning they make an ideal breakfast, giving an energy boost without making you feel over-full.
Very Berry Pink Smoothie
1 cup milk of your choice (eg. cows, coconut, almond, soy etc)
¼ cup frozen raspberries
¼ cup frozen strawberries
4 tablespoons plain full fat yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 serve vanilla protein powder
Blend all ingredients and serve.
